Service Description

CARDIO - ICE training burns 3 times more Fat. Intense Cardio Exercise is a science based approach to exercise which maximizes fat loss and fitness at the same time. ICE is a structured approach to interval training. You will work at different levels of intensity for a short periods of time. These structured bursts of maximum effort workloads (followed by lesser periods) for 30 mins is all you need to promote better fat loss. No more running on the treadmill for hours. These group sessions can be tough but we always manage to laugh and have fun.
