NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKES
Here's a treat to curb those sugar cravings . These healthy homemade clean eating peanut butter cheesecake cups are delicious, easy to make and best of all contain NO ADDED SUGAR!.
INGREDIENTS:
6 oreo cookies
25g melted butter
2 scoops protein powder (chocolate, peanut butter flavour)
125g light cream cheese
30g natural peanut butter
140g unsweetened Greek yogurt
20g 70% dark chocolate chips or shaved chocolate.
20g crushed peanuts
Olive oil spray
INSTRUCTIONS:
Line a muffin tray with 6 muffin liners and spray lightly.
Place oreo cookies in a zip lock bag and crush.
In a bowl, combine oreo cookies with melted butter until mixture is moistened. Distribute cookie mix evenly between lined muffin tins and flatten down with a spoon. Place in fridge for 1 - 2 hours.
Meanwhile, combine protein powder, cream cheese, peanut butter and yogurt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Remove cookie mix from fridge and pour protein powder mix evenly over cookie bases. Place in the fridge for another 1-2 hours or until firm.
Remove from fridge and top with crushed peanuts and dark chocolate chips or shaved dark chocolate.
