Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY ( RE BOOKING CLASS OR PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS)

Please note that once you have booked an appointment it means that you have reserved a time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place or fail to show, you will be charged for the training session.

 

Putting your membership on hold

Putting Your Membership On Hold: In any 12 month period you can usually ‘freeze’ your Agreement twice for up to 3 months for both periods combined. If we agree, you may freeze your Agreement more than this time for travel, medical or hardship reasons but must give us proof. Your Membership will be extended by the freeze period. 

 

What happens if my Group Class is Cancelled?

Unanticipated schedule change is a bummer, and that’s why we encourage all participants to provide as much advance notice as possible if they need to cancel an upcoming class.

In the event that a class is cancelled by the studio you will receive a credit to put towards further group classes.
