PILATES (Mat-based Pilates) - caters for everyone from beginner to advanced. The exercises are performed on the floor using gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance. The health benfits include, improved flexiblity, increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles and improved stabilisation of your spine.
CARDIO - ICE training burns 3 times more Fat. ICE is a structured approach to interval training. You will work at different levels of intensity for a short periods of time. These structured bursts of maximum effort workloads (followed by lesser periods) for 30 mins is all you need to promote better fat loss. These group sessions can be tough but we always manage to laugh and have fun.
